| We do not buy from or sell to the general public. We are a business to business only web auction site that deal only with reputable companies looking to dispose of their end of line, surplus or returned stock. Major vendors include best known high street Retail, mail order, wholesale distribution companies in the UK. Therefore you are assured of receiving good quality stock from everyone know and trusts. |
How can I ensure that what I see described is what I will get?
We deal directly with the vendors to ensure that the description given to goods is as accurate as possible and does not mislead the buyer in any way. If we are unsure as to the full description of an item we will usually tell you upfront along with any other information that we deem useful.
Please remember that we cannot always inspect every single item that passes through the auctions but we do try to let you know if we are aware if an item is working, looks brand new, is retail packaged etc. Photographs are also often used to give you a visual indication as to the look and condition of an item.
You also have the option of a full refund if the goods are not as they were described on the site, as long as you contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the said goods. |
How can I ensure that I am paying a fair price?
| Because we are an auction site and you only bid what you feel is fair. We work with the vendors to set guideline reserve prices and the rest is up to you. The wide marketplace of the internet means that you have a built-in check on "silliness" or "auction fever". If your bid just tops the last person's, you are unlikely to have overpaid! How can I avoid involving myself in complicated logistical operations?
Our Logistics Department is there to cushion the stock exchange process. We will arrange delivery of the goods to you and due to the volume we ship this is always at very competitive rates.

| Wherever possible an indication of shipping costs is given in the lot description along with any relevant information regarding special delivery requirements (if applicable). This is to give you an idea of the likely delivery cost before you bid and is based on that item being shipped to a UK mainland address as a single item. Our system will automatically consolidate all goods that are won on the same auction and can be consolidated. This means that if multiple items are won the shipping cost will decrease accordingly. If enough items are won to warrant a pallet delivery we will contact you to see if this method of delivery would suit you. |
